Health and safety are everyone’s responsibility. At Noors Engineering, safety comes first before we commence any work at the site and offices. We ensure that the policies and procurers are properly laid out and observed by all concerned employees and personnel.
Our advocacy to maintain a healthy and safe workplace is coherent in our efforts to prioritize the business welfare and well-being of our clients and stakeholders. As the main responsibility of all levels of management, everyone is concerned to contribute to the overall achievement of our health and safety objectives.
In line with our advocacy to properly maintain and continuously develop our Health and Safety policies, we regularly provide comprehensive integrated Training Programs to all our employees, most especially to personnel directly involved in our site operations.
We endeavour to systematically manage our work-we plan, control and monitor our projects so it is done safely and without risk to health. We provide proper information and sufficient training to all our staff and site personnel so that the awareness and observance of risks, safety precautions and procedures are accurately being carried out. Moreover, we coordinate stringently with our subcontractors and project consultants not only for the project prerequisites but most of all, for the health and safety requirements.
