Company Introduction

Noors Engineering Co. is a certified “Grade B” construction company since May 2009 as awarded by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) of the State of Qatar. We believe that in order to maintain and preserve the honorable certification of the MOF, we need to assure compliance with all requirements of tendering procedures and efficiently conform to the standards of rules that govern the bidding process as recognized by the Ministry.

We are certified compliant with ISO 9001:2008, Quality Management System requirements, OHSAS 18001:2007, Occupational Health and Safety requirements, and ISO 14001:2004, Environmental Management Systems requirements as conferred by Vision International. The certifications are testimonies of our commitment to excellence and our assurance to provide our clients and stakeholders with world-class services and remarkable business experience.

Noors Engineering has a selection of highly-qualified and well-experienced civil, mechanical, and environmental engineers, technical staff, support personnel, and skilled laborers. We believe that our talented and skilled human resources are the most important asset in delivering professional and timely accomplishment of our projects. Hence, we ensure that our human resources are well provided with reasonable benefits, a productive and conducive working environment, and objective and consistent application of policies and procedures.

In our aspiration to maintain and continuously improve the quality of our services, we offer regular training programs and continuing education courses for all employees so that they can acquire and apply additional knowledge, skills, and competencies essential to the performance of their job responsibilities. We continuously provide in-depth seminars, workshops, and review training programs to all our staff to equip them with the latest developments in the business and bolster the improvement of necessary skills and capabilities

It gives me great pleasure to present and put forward our achievements and untiring efforts to develop and strengthen our management of NOORS Engineering Co. to be ahead of other contracting companies in Qatar.

Noors Engineering Co has been leading in providing general contracting services with an uncompromised commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment. We do this through an open relationship with our employees based on mutual trust, transparency, accountability, and discipline. The Company has implemented a business governance system that conforms to the best local and international standard practices. In preparation to meet the Company vision and growing market demands for diverse construction, NOORS has heavily invested in employing highly qualified Senior Management Teams and staff to meet international standards and purchased state‐of‐the‐art equipment to participate in upcoming challenging large‐scale projects.
